so, as i'm sure pretty much anyone who actually reads this blog knows, my dad passed away june 31, 2014. however, before that happened i had a pretty good routine going. i was working out at least 4 days a week, usually more, eating decently well, doing really well in school, very active in church, and my life was pretty much put together.  when my dad passed away my whole life got put on hold....
